My wife and I had an amazing time! We booked a room with a view and got upgraded at check-in to a suite! The view of the Falls from our room, was breathtaking!!The staff was very friendly in the hotel was located around anything that you could ever need! I highly recommend this Oaks hotel to a friend or family! Thank you Oaks hotel for making my vacation a memorable one!

The only reason I gave a three star was because the receptionist Sofia was incredible: professional, happy, ready to accommodate us. The hotel looks like is going to fall apart and the bathtub felt like it was sinking and of course, plugged. You have to be desperate to stay here or just want to be treated by Sofia
