the hotel was well kept, had nice, plentiful amenities, and staff was friendly and helpful. the only downside was there were no individual a/c controls in the room, it's centralized throughout the hotel. my room was quite warm and stuffy, so i had to open the window for any air, which was extremely noisy in such a busy area!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean facilities! Just beware, the room is super super small as many are in Tokyo. It is not where all the action/congestion is and is in a business district with plenty of places to eat, train station is close and you can be in shinjulku or shibuya in 10 minutes. Overall a nice place to stay!

The location is rather off track. Right in front of a highway flyover. Building were only service with just 6 to 8 persons and every morning, it's just a terrible wait for stopping all floors before you can end up on ground for your breakfast. Breakfast close like 10 am just too early. I wouldn't rate it as 3 stars.maybe one
