We didn’t like the soap dispensers The closet rod for hanging clothes was over the fridge and not great. No microwave in the room. We liked the desk table on rollers. There was no where to put clothes. The lobby was welcoming and had good snacks and activities. Loved seating areas and pool table.

The concept of these hotels is good. The lack of coffee pot in the room was an issue. The showerhead spray was very sharp, there was no way to adjust that. A television that could just give actual weather reports without downloading anything would be great. Hotel.com did not tell me there was a 75$ charge for my pet. That’s a lot. So, the bed was great, breakfast good.i don’t think I will choose this chain again, but we were rested and out the door having spent more than we thought we would.
