King size bed?????
Got a king sized bed room and whole time it was 2 twin beds put together side by side with a sheet overtop… bathroom was super small with cold water. It was clean but wouldn’t stay here again.

Don't Let the Size Fool You: It's GREAT!
I wasn't expecting the club room to be quite so small, HOWEVER, the design of the room and especially the square shower, created a feeling of space and comfort. I came to appreciate it quickly. And the bed was incredibly comfortable, the staff friendly, and the 24-hour coffee/latte/espresso and cold water dispenser all over are great.

Power outage -- waiting for refund
There was no power at check-in. The hotel told us the power would be back on in an hour, but we were without power the whole night and as a result our room was freezing cold. We didn't sleep, couldn't shower, and we had to rebook at a new hotel the next day. The staff was super nice, and the hotel promised to refund us, but we're still waiting for that to go through. Hopefully, it will work out.
