First time staying and was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the more negative reviews. I would happily stay here again. The only issue was the elevators were very slow so we just took the stairs. Overall clean, ballys casino was awesome, food options were good.

A celebration with family and friends
I had roaches no icemaker. The sink was clogged up no hospitality no breakfast tray you just paid to stay and that’s it. No real offers. You have to pay for parking which was $25 a day and that’s how I was. That’s how my trip was very basic when it came to the hotel stack.

Don’t stay
The hotel lobbies are freezing, clearly they don’t have heat. All over the hotel is “construction work” being done but no workers, one part of the ceiling was falling down. Our room was clean but smelled bed was super comfy. Parking is outrageous considering you’re staying over night. No food.
