Just wow
I come here all the time. The room they put me in this time smelled so bad I went to another hotel to stay. So I paid for a room that I did not stay in. And they did not offer to refund me or bother to ask why I did not stay. They have lost a customer. This was my favorite place to stay until now

Nowhere on Expedia they disclose that you need to deposit $100.- cash. They have an ATM machine in the hallway and say you can get the cash out of that ATM. This is a pure scam. They force you to give them a $100.- cash deposit instead of putting a $100.- hold on your credit card. The fact that they have an ATM in the hallway is because they will get commission of the ATM fees! I also had to ask for a deposit receipt that they wrote on a sticky note. Don't stay at this place!
