The hotel is slightly off the beach, but super well placed in Pantai Cenang. You have quick access to stores, malls, restaurants and of course the beack. Fantastic breakfast! Seriously, it´s expensive if you don't have it included, but the variety and quality is 5 stars. Nice rooms and a great pool area. There's a tour desk as well with reasonable prices.

We were given a room that was not as shown on Hotels.com facing a brick wall. We complained to front desk and after us not accepting the room we were moved to a different room. The location of the property was perfect—very close to the beach and plenty of food options. However, we had booked a two-bedroom unit, but it wasn’t available upon arrival. Instead, we were moved to a single-bedroom setup, forcing the third person to sleep on a makeshift bed that was uncomfortable and too short. Anyone taller than 5’8” would likely struggle to fit on it.

Rooms were good, beds comfortable, staffs friendly and ready to assist. Breakfast was excellent at Rice Garden. There were a few maintenance issues like water clogging in wash basin, tv remote not working, door card was not working at times. However staff immediately assisted to resolve issues. We booked for two Delux Double rooms. The rooms were on the other side of the GF even upon request placed during booking to give us rooms next to each other. Sofa bed was provided instead of single bed in the rooms. These were later changed upon request. Overall the experience was very good. Loved the lounge and pool area. There was always a pleasant breeze in these areas at all times which made us unwind and relax. 99island bar and service was great.

Room was very nice. It was clean, had a large comfortable bed and was very quiet. The whole hotel was lovely and the buffet breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and courteous and a special mention for Sufyan the concierge who was very helpful. The reception staff and F&B team were also very nice. Its been a very bitter sweet experience We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights, however tonight our 4th night we wish we were not here & we can't wait to leave here tomorrow morning! Reception inform us tonight that we have a 100 ringet fee charge to pay as a bed sheet has a mark stain.....i view a photo of a small mark looks like blood maybe from a shaving cut or maybe from a nic whatever it is small but not intentional and we are embarrassed and upset that we are asked to pay for this fee. Its suggested my 18 year old granddaughter may have caused the stain! This is a most awkward situation over something that guests should not be dealing with! We did not ruin the linen, we didn't do anything to the linen like draw or write on it so its rude that guests should be asked to pay a fee. It ruined our last night stay here at the resort, we did not sit at the bar to enjoy a few drinks as we did every other night INSTEAD we went upto our room and discussed how upsetting it was and my 18 year old granddaughter didn't want to sleep on the bed incase she has a cut on her leg that could open laying on the sheets...she is very upset as its made us feel uncomfortable laying on the beds. How many guests are charged a fee for marks stains from having relations on the sheets? Periods? Children have runny nose or blood nose? The list goes on, what about towels is there a fee if the towel gets a bit of blood from cut leg shaving or period??? Save your guests from being humilated in future!

Very comfortable and luxurious hotel very close to the popular Pantai Cenang beach. The rooms have a modern decor and were very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a good range of free and optional paid for facilities. The staff were very welcoming and professional. Our only gripe was the service in the 99 Islands Bar. The staff there have a habitbof 1) forgetting exactly what ypu ordered, 2) taking an extraordinary amount of time to deliver the order, and 3) giving you the wrong bill at the end. They are very polite though and quick to correct any mistakes.

Walkable distance to souvenier shops and eateries. Had breakfast, lunch and dinner outside the hotel. Only thing was that ocean view was blocked by other buildings in front. Felt hotel should let us know in room details as we might have booked another room type. Other than that staff were amazing and helpful. Room was clean and room was made anew before we returned in the night. Lady at reception on check-in, 12th July was amazing and cheerful. Gave us many tips on what to do around Cenang.

Very centrally located in Cenang with beach, shops and cenang mall at walking distance. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Only slight negative (though only slight) I faced was they are bit understaffed on reception with only 1 person working. This hotel was newly opened when I stayed. Across the street from the beach, not on it. See photos of “ocean view room.” Staff tried so hard and they were as accommodating as possible. I think they need more time to work out the kinks in all their systems. (Ex: cooking pizza thoroughly, serving drinks in a timely manner, getting/giving pool towels). Construction was still going on. So if you want to sleep past 10am, forget it. Also, rooms not very soundproof. Could hear staff and people in hallways at all hours. Paid for breakfast once and it was good. I would give them a second chance.
