A very nice and great hotel. If i should say something, sun on the pools leaves earliy but that might be because of the time of the year. Flights going over the hotel every 60 seconds most of the day and evening. This is minor things. The staff is very welcomming and helpful, and ofcours in a good mood and smiling. All inn all 9/10

Excellent hotel, staff and for us location too. Hotel - this was a great hotel in many aspects, very clean and accommodating, beds were very comfortable. Room had two twin beds, which wasn’t the best considering there was two adults, one child, but quickly resolved, and within minutes we had an extra bed in the room. All areas of the hotel were clean and cleaning staff were out at the crack of dawn making sure pools/pool areas were also clean. Was added bonus to have a mini water park onsite. Staff - everyone was extremely friendly, special thanks to Krishna during check in, so helpful and understanding, and did his best to check us in earlier. Acknowledged it was my daughter’s birthday during our stay and had arranged balloons and cake on the day. All staff were so polite and helpful, from the life guards (Suhail and Ganesh) to all the bar staff and house keeping. During meal times all waiters/waitresses were accommodating and never was there a time where they didn’t ask what we would like to drink. Food/drinks - huge selection of food during meal times, and there was a snack bar too. Food quality was pretty impressive given the large selection. Various cuisines to choose from and same for dessert options. Drinks were always available when we wanted, and beers went down fantastically especially in the heat, as did the piña colada and mojitos. Location - spot on. Not too close to the hustle and bustle but easy to get to. Would definitely visit again!

Everything is excellent about the hotel, other than the remote area it is located. You have to get a taxi to anywhere. With limited entertainment in the evening, you can’t go for a walk as there are just building sites around the hotel.

Second visit to the hotel and this time, probably won't visit again, far to busy and noisy and sun bed situation is out of handpatrons paying pool lifeguards to hold beds for 3/4s of the day isn't fair to other patrons. It's just really put us off going again. Other staff and facilties excellent. It's a real shame.

We recently stayed at the Riu Hotel in Dubai and was pleased with the overall experience. The food was high quality and delicious, and the staff was friendly and professional, making our stay enjoyable. However, there are some areas that could be improved. The bar served a limited selection of pre-made, very sweet cocktails, and there was no poolside food or drink service. Furthermore, outside of restaurant hours, dining options were limited to a small self-service station at the sports bar serving warm burgers and sandwiches, with limited variety. It was also inconvenient that food could not be taken into the room. Despite these limitations, we were pleased with our stay at Riu Hotel Dubai and believe addressing these areas could enhance the guest experience even more.

Overall this is a great property. Few things we didnt really like. 11pm everything outside closes and you cant even sit outside. Only on the balcony where all the smokers are. Well we dont smoke so that was not the best. The mixed drinks were kinda boring. Didnt have good tequilla so had to drink Blanco...Food was good but be ready to try new things if you have never been to middle east or a middle eastern restaurant. We enjoyed most of it. Taxi system was great as they always have a fleet there and waiting. Only issue with that is price doubles around rush hour, but thats not the fault of the hotel. Room was very nice and spacious and very clean. Only issue with room is we wanted a king bed and they gave us 2 beds put together...not very friendly when there with your spouse. We would go back again and visit!
