One reservation was lost and they had to stay in a smoking room with no a/c. And the ventilation irritated my allergies. If this was a $100 hotel I’d have no complaints.

The moment we entered your hotel we were met with friendly staff making us feel welcome! We were give the Presidential Suite room 932. Our suite was very cozy and accommodating. We did have a bee problem on our patio but maintenance promptly came up and sprayed. The suite needs updates and a deep clean (stained rug, water damage under wallpaper and dirty ceiling lights). With that said, we were extremely comfortable, felt very safe and thoroughly enjoyed our room. Breakfast was fresh and delicious!! Dining and bar staff A+!! Grounds gorgeous and lot's of activities to keep busy!! We will definitely be back soon!!!

The resort and property were beautiful. The staff was excellent and we enjoyed the stay. We had a slight issue with check in but the Front Office Supervisor, Brandon Wynes, stepped in and solved the issue quickly. Our stay was great and we would recommend this resort to others.

Everything was great except the beds were a double. Most hotels have queen size beds so this made the stay more uncomfortable but still a great stay.
