Weekend getaway
The rooms had been recently updated and except for the fact all rooms were entered from the outside, I couldn't have been more pleased.

Mobility
Was an overnight trip. Was a good place for the night. My only “setback” was there were no elevators and it was a 3 floor facility. Being a limited mobility person, going up three flights of stairs was not easy.

Midlevel experience. Could be good but spoiled
The walls were paper thin and the people in the next room were talking extremely loudly into the phone and with each other and the TV was blaring (relatively) late into the night. Banging on the wall helped them quiet down. The highway noise was very loud. There were drops of dried urine on the toilet seat. There was a stink bug in bed with me. The hotel itself was nice and modern and otherwise clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was standard and ok. Raucous traffic and clientele at the restaurant next door.

A very straightforward room. A good value for the area, close to everything. Not the quietest, but still a very comfortable stay.

Short visit to see Biltmore
The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great as we went to the Biltmore. Parking was a little challenging due to the tight spaces and slope from the hill.

This hotel is comfortable and clean however the hot breakfast was not edible to me. It’s probably similar at all hotels with same vendor. It’s time all hotels do something about increasing health and quality of what they offer at breakfast time.

Overnight Stop
Quick stop on the way to another destination. Needed an overnight at a reasonable price. This was it. Room was spacious enough and clean. It is near a major roadway, so noise was a factor to some degree. The steakhouse next door was convenient. Larger vehicles will have a really tight entrance and exit in and out of the property, with a one-way driveway and near 90-degree turns. For a Road Warrior like me, this was great.

Outside entry
Too many stairs, all outside. No elevator, no ice from outside machine on 2nd floor so had to go outside and down 2 sets of stairs. I didn’t know when booking that each room had outside door. Never again
Breakfast mediocre. Room was clean.

Not very customer centric
The area experienced a problem with the water supply due to the hurricane. The hotel did not contact us to let us know they did not have drinkable water. They charged us $1.50 for each bottle of water even though they discontinued the breakfast service because of the water issue. They should have offset the breakfast with an equal value of bottled water. Other hotels and restaurants in the area provided bottled water.

Good location ..room for improvement
The property is right next to highway/ major thoroughfare to Biltmore Village. We visited at a time when Biltmore was still recovering from Hurricane Helene and most of the downtown was still closed. So was Blue Ridge parkway. The hotel is nice, rooms were average or below average in size. Breakfast was decent but breakfast area was congested. Staff is friendly. The rooms are set up in a way you that you are bound to be exposed to elements if you want to access the lobby or breakfast area. We stayed there for 1 night so it wasn’t long enough for it get annoying. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for family or for anyone staying beyond a night.

Clean, but could use some improvements.
It was an okay stay. The driveway to get in is a bit difficult and very steep. There is also not much parking on the property. The room was clean. The breakfast was only alright, and please be advised there are no non-dairy alternatives offered even for coffee. The price point was pretty reasonable for what was offered.
