The hotel itself was great. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The only reason it’s not a 5 start review is because the Parking situation was not good. You have to park and walk and there’s no view of the parking lot from the rooms.

The staff was lovely but the rest of the hotel was a mess. The breakfast was horrible. We didn’t even eat it, it was so undesirable. Walked into my room for the first time and trash was on the floor. The room size is great and the staff was lovely but the details in the hotel are a train wreck. Trash all over outside and construction work started at 8AM with no warning. I will never stay here again sadly but the staff was so nice. Need better management for the clean up crew.

Ac was not working at night it was so uncomfortable. There was kids running around upstairs above our room . In the morning at 30 minutes after breakfast starts out of oj ask about and he said oh we are out and walk away

Everything we needed.
Hotel is being renovated so lots of work needed to be completed. However the staff were great, breakfast was great, and overall hotel was everything we needed. They are pet friendly and it was nice since we had our dog with us.

Hotel was under construction remodel. I was not informed. The pool was gross with about 2 feet and f green water and the gate wasn’t even looked. Not enough parking. My mom is in a wheelchair and we had to park in back of hotel where it was dark and scary. My son was planning on swimming. Room keys did not work. I wanted a refund but the front lady said I had to talk to manager but would not be available until Monday

This property was a joke! They are undergoing MAJOR renovation and it’s a MESS! The entire downstairs was a construction zone, front desk personnel was no where to be found when we arrived, it felt like the hotel in The Shining! Hotel knocks and bangs when you’re in it, a man was painting the ceiling right in the middle of the lobby the next morning well before he was supposed to be, he dripped paint in the floor while we were trying to check out and acted bothered that WE were there!! Rooms weren’t clean—mirrors streaked horribly, sheets felt damp. Shouldn’t have stayed but it was late and we just needed a hotel. I’m a long time IHG rewards member and have never left a bad review but this was out of control!! Unsafe and full of dirt and dust! Do better!
