Rooms are renovated, but halls and elevator are very dated. Very slow elevator, only 1 in the middle of the hotel. Power flickered all stay (5 nights) some times no power. Poor air control, do not recommend staying if you have allergies to dander.

Comfortable but customer service was not great
The hotel was great, but they are seriously short staffed. Especially in the evenings. The poor lady working was run off her feet and trying to juggle too much for the demand which seriously lowered customer service. This was not the fault of the employee, as she was trying her best. Maybe management might need to look at staffing situations a little closer

Seriously no Sports?
Travel lots for work and usually a BW is a decent hotel and can be counted on. This property can not! The owners are apparently too cheap to pay for a basic sports package (TSN and SN in Canada). Seriously! One of the beds had not been changed and there were many hairs in the bed. The pool was not operational. While to front staff was understanding the manager was not around in the evening nor was the morning manager willing (or able) to come out to discuss my concerns. I have many options when I travel and will not be staying here again.

Nice stay decent pricing with a bunch of extras.
Pros: We liked the spacious renovated rooms, really appreciated the evening soup and included breakfast. Breakfast was also replenished in a timely manner, and tables cleaned quickly when guests left. Pool was fine and hot tub relaxing. We found we actually liked the no daily housekeeping as it usually wasn’t needed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking always a plus. Con’s:The floors above can be annoying if someone is stomping around. Sound proofing from the doors is a little weak and the mattresses in our room were wearing out. All in all I would very much stay there again.
