The room was below average. The hotel was not crowded yet we got a room with no view whatsoever looking into a roof that almost touched.

200 unchaperoned high students not being held accountable by hotel staff. Doors slamming and people running up and down the halls the entire night. Unacceptable; especially when you book the upgraded room to stay in the executive section.

Best hotel in AA
I stay at the Kensington every other week. It’s the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. All of the employees are courteous and helpful. The pool and hot tub make you feel like you are at a resort! I’ve tried most of the hotels in the area and won’t be staying anywhere other than the Kensington again.

Classy hotel with a working hot tub and big, cold
The Kensington had a high class feel for an affordable price tag. We picked them over other hotels in the area becsuse they had a working pool, hot tub, and sauna. I think they have the largest pool of any hotel in the area... and it was a big and deep pool, but it was too cold of a pool to get to enjoy it very much at all. We knew going into our stay that they also didnt provide any sort of free breakfast. And, this was true. There are bakery items, fruits, and coffee you can purchase for an additional charge.... Been a long time since Ive been to a hotel that didnt atleast serve free coffee and cold continental breakfast of some sort. We only paid $110 out of pocket for our stay, so overall we were pleased with what we got for what was spent.
