Horrible Firealarm on Jan 25th night
There was firealarm and it was not managed properly. From 1:30AM to 4:30 am we woke up with constant barage of announcements and loud sounds causing a major headache to al of us and no sleep when we had important issue to do next day morning. When it was life threatening the management should stop the constant loud announcement and some one should speak to us - they neither evacuated us

Wonderful hotel and great location. Great views of the city. Staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful and welcoming. Great breakfast bar, water and coffee available in lobby, selection of kids activities in the lounge area. Updated, modern, well maintained and nicely furnished everywhere. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen area in rooms well equipped. Definitely would stay again.

Nice hotel but loud!
Nice hotel and great location. But the walls are very very thin and it was hard to sleep at night between hearing the neighbors talking and the garbage truck from outside even when we were on the 22nd floor. I’m not sure if I would stay here again because I’m a light sleeper and did not sleep well.
