I had a great stay very close to old town Sarajevo. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, including calling taxis and offering restaurant recommendations. The included breakfast offers a good assortment of options. The only negative was that the rooms are not well soundproofed, so you can hear guests in neighboring rooms. Aside from that, a really good value for money, clean accommodation close to old town, and really friendly staff.

Amazing hotel for what it is. Not luxurious but very comfortable. Just a short walk from the old city. The front desk was attentive and went over and above to ensure my needs were met. The breakfast was also really good.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and I had a really positive experience. The staff is extremely welcoming, dedicated and eager to help; it was an absolute pleasure to be cared for and guided by these wonderful people. The location was perfect and close to the main attractions of the city. The room was very clean and equipped with basic amenities, but it could use some maintenance (the floor of the shower stall was cracked and leaked water, the shower stall didn't close entirely, baseboards were not firmly attached to the walls and kept falling). The breakfast options were diverse and fresh, and really delicious. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to solo travellers, young couples and those who value the service that makes you feel at home. Many thanks again to the wonderful staff!

Everything was really great, the service , The room was very spacious,clean and beds super comfortable, warm rooms, toilet clean good shower, the location fantastic, very close to the city and all amenities, Adisa and Armin were so helpful with advice and sorting our tours ,the breakfast delicious and home made and with lots of choices, very generous, I strongly recommended and I will be back in the future, thanks to all the staff at pretrakija Hotel.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this small hotel. Our room felt bigger than the actual size and had a small balcony as well. The location is great with walking distance to lots of sights, restaurants and cafés, the city centre and the old town. The hotel itself has basic service but is clean and comfortable, nice breakfast and very friendly staff that made us bosnian coffee in the morning and met our every question with a smile and helpfulness. We will gladly come back!

Very nice and central located family owned hotel. They were so friendly, kind and helpful and the breakfast was fine. This is not suitable for people with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs. Good value for the price.

This was a fantastic boutique hotel very close to the sacred heart cathedral and old town. Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were amazing. So helpful in arranging a taxi to collect us from the airport to helping us with our luggage. They also changed the breakfast time on our last day to accommodate our early departure. Really couldn’t do enough for us. This hotel has no lift. So access to the rooms are by stairs so would not be suitable for anyone with severe mobility issues.
