The hotel was very clean. The rooms, interior, and entrance were very clean. The linens, carpets, curtains, and kitchenware were all very clean. The hotel's location is excellent. Transportation is plentiful and convenient. Markets and restaurants are very close, and there are plenty of shopping opportunities. The staff was very helpful and polite. I definitely won't stay at any other hotel in Miami again.

I have to say I was a little apprehensive to stay here but this blew all my expectations out of the water. We have never been here so we didn’t know what to expect. It’s in the art deco area and these hotels are adorable. The staff went above and beyond to help us before we even checked in and then after. It’s such a cute place. Breakfast was amazing.
