Terrible mattresses and other issues!
Our room had a layer of dust on the furniture. The stripping on the shower door was hanging. Towels on the bathroom floor. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. We both had painful backs and necks from the mattresses.

Good for the night
The card keys we were given were very difficult to make work. had to go back down to desk make sure they were the right room and still had issues. Finally worked but not well. happy they shut down the pool at 10 cause it was loud. Breakfast reasonable. Also the cabinets for clothes was so black and no lighting I had to get a flashlight to make sure we didnt leave anything. Be nice if they had a light. Desk lamp did not work.

It was a very pleasant stay at Sleep Inn because of the location. It is a very quiet area away from heavy traffic and the rooms have adequate sound proofing. It's very clean and air conditioning/ heater is good. The only drawback I can say about the hotel is the lack of a restaurant both inside and the nearby surroundings, otherwise it is a very good place to stay while in the Phoenix/ Scottsdale area.
