A great place to stay!
I noticed how warm and helpful the front desk staff were upon check in, and this was consistent throughout my stay. House keeping were excellent, thoroughly cleaning the room each day. The room was well organised and comfortable, though the bed was a little firm for my preference (but that’s just me!). I can easily and strongly recommended this hotel.

They gave me a room on the main floor. I wasn’t able to have the curtains open since the gym was facing into my room. People were shouting in the lobby past midnight. I tried to call the hotel a couple times before checking in to ask about parking and nobody picked up the phone. I tried to check myself in at the kiosk and after fiddling with it for 5 minutes it referred me to a person. The overhead lighting was weird and let me choose any color of the rainbow except normal white light. Overall nothing was really bad but also it wasn’t really good. City centre was about 15 minute walk or 2 subway stops

It's a modern, neat & clean hotel. I liked the room & overall design. Good food, nice cafe, restaurant & bar. The rooftop bar was amazing too; beautiful & luxurious. Great location, on the edge of the busy downtown.

Great hotel, excellent staff.
Amazing hotel overall. Excellent staff, comfortable bed, great breakfast and modern condition of the hotel overall. The only disadvantage was that my window was on the crowded street and it's better to keep it closed to avoid big noise. I'm also not a fan of the way they designed bathroom, I'd prefer classic one.

Nice place in Porto
Easy access to the old town (about 20-30 minutes walk away). A metro station which runs to the old town or the airport is less than a ten minute walk away. Breakfasts were good but the same everyday. Rooms were comfortable, the frosted glass showers and toilets were a little odd but we got used to it. Overall pleasant stay in a nice and comfy hotel whilst we saw the city
