We loved being so close to the Brisbane river, ferry access. The concierge services were wonderful! The staff helped us figure out how to get around (ferry, on foot), as well tailoring our activity options to us. Having just flown in from out of the country, we were tired and were able gain access to our room early. The breakfast buffet was fabulous as well and well worth the money.

No robe, poor tea selection (caffeinated only), and all the nice luxury hotel touches were missing.
