No sleep and a cold shower
I stayed at your property January 9th. The room (a king) was at the end of the hall on the 4th Floor. I booked through hotels.com. When I arrived I noticed that the tap in the tub was running….not dripping, running. I called the desk to alert them to the problem. Even with the door closed, it was exceptionally noisy. I also mentioned my concern for the water bill. The response was that there was nobody available to deal with it and that I should put towels in the tub to mitigate the noise. I had already done that, so I requested to be moved. The clerk said that there were no other rooms available. He offered a refund. I said “fine”. A while later, the desk guy called me and asked if I had used the room. It was quite late by this time so I was confused by this, as you might imagine. The clerk then said that he could only offer a partial refund. Mmmmmm…. At this point I was exhausted and just wanted to get some sleep. I did not discuss the amount. I turned up the fan to drown out the water running. It was better than the water running, but still way too much noise to sleep properly. In the morning, I discovered that the water in the shower was cold. This really put the frosting on the cake! Because of the poor sleep, I got up later than I would have liked. So, I was in a rush to get the shuttle to the airport. There was a line to check out, so I did not confirm that the refund had been done. To date, I have not seen it on my credit card.

Very unclean! And in rough shape.
The service was great but once you leave the lobby you see the age of the hotel and the dirt on every surface. The room door had gaps all around it so you could see the light out into the hallway. The floors had white paint chips all over them and hair and old food crumbs. It was clear it hadnt been vacuumed or dusted. Bathtub had rust, mold and hair in it. There was also no hot water. Surprisingly the beds were clean although uncomfortable. I went to inform the staff at checkout and was advised leave your key if your checking out and back to the phone they went.

GOOD STAY
My wife and I stayed here on our way to and from a cruise (Port Canaveral), from Delaware. Staff was very friendly and helpful. On our stay after the cruise we arrived before check-in time and they securely stored our luggage while we toured Orlando until check-in time. Airport shuttle was convenient as well. Just know that you HAVE to call for it and they will send it for you. Would stay there again.

Location was ideal for late night arrival at MCO. checkin was quick / easy. Room was okay, bed was comfortable, but pillows were a bit too hard. Breakfast was non-existent. coffee pot was empty, minimal food in pans and not enough for all the people in the breakfast area.
