They Could have tried harder...
Be prepared to be nickeled and dimed to death. We showed up slightly early, they will let you in early if your room is available - for a fee. Parking is available - for a fee. Sure they will give you a water when their housekeeping forgets to stock the fridge when they clean - for a fee.
While many of the male front desk staff were incredibly friendly and the staff did an amazing job of receiving a package for me in advance of our stay, the younger female at the front desk was cold and not helpful.
WiFi was spotty. Worked sometimes, not others. Had to use the hot spot on my phone to get work done.
Train going by outside created noise, but nothing they could have done about that.
All-in-all it's not like I wouldn't stay with them again, I just feel like they could have tried harder and not nickel and dimed us to death when they are an old hotel that has had some trendy mid century artwork installed and a coat of pink paint.
