Since we arrived the person personel treated us amazing, the room was big, clean and organized, well equipped. We came for Shakira’s concert and they even give us a shuttle to take us there back and forth, JJ was very good, incredible experience. Loved it. I would come again.

From the moment we checked in we received superior service. Front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating. When I mentioned being in town for a concert at Camping World Stadium, he quickly offered information on the free shuttle service available to and from the venue. Our room was clean and comfortable, with toiletries provided in the shower. There is a Starbucks/bistro next to reception, a 7/11adjacent to the property, and several dining options within walking distance. The hotel is located downtown and the area felt safe. My sister and I have already booked our next stay in July when we will attend a concert at Kia Center nearby.
