Tv was not working it kept scrambling the programs
Cable for TV kept not working, called to have it fixed, the moved around the HDMI cord. But it still kept doing it where it scrambled the picture.

Will NEVER stay here again!
I had many problems contacting this hotel to advice them of our late arrival. The desk clerks are not trained well & have problems communicating with guests. We booked a king bed room with a double sofa bed. Upon checking we asked for someone to come & make up the sofa bed. The clerk's reply was "we don't make up the sofa bed" After a long ridiculous conversation I asked for another blanket & 2 pillows (as there was 1 extra blanket & pillow in the closet) and made the bed up myself. We booked 2 rooms & will NEVER stay at this property again!
