Great hotel, very clean, great service. Stayed here 3 different times going back and forth to Northern Norway and would highly recommend it. Restaurant was really good, and breakfast buffet was awesome. Also used the bus back and forth to the airport, which was really helpful!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel — everything was top quality. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bedding was truly high-end. The bathroom and toilets were spotless — even the toiletries were from a premium brand Rituals, which shows great attention to detail. Breakfast was generous and delicious — more like a deluxe experience than a standard hotel breakfast. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience. I would definitely come back!

I booked specifically this hotel because we really enjoyed the breakfast here. We were told that they are overbooked and didn’t have way to let us know. We had to sleep in hotel next to it with a window to to the rainway and termostat that was hissing loudly whole nigh so nothing for sensitive sleepers.

Although we asked about a shuttle very early in the morning, we were not told that we could get a breakfast to take away. However, there was a very very nice and sweet young woman who was just getting the breakfast buffet ready at 5 am and she gave me a couple of bags to gather up some breakfast items to take with me. That was such a bonus for my husband and I. And we made it to the 5:08 shuttle in time. Note that you have to pay for the airport shuttle, but it’s worth it. Complimentary coffee and tea is available.

Nice hotel with free coffee drinks in lobby. Staff is friendly and efficient. No wash cloths provided or shower caps for women. That could be easily remedied by the hotel. Other than that, rooms are spacious, well organized, and clean. Airport shuttle could have been better organized. It was packed and you had to pay as you boarded the bus, which really slowed things down. Their system works fine from the airport to the hotel, but not so well from the hotel to the airport. I would suggest prepaid shuttle passes made available when you check in to the hotel. If you are in the mood to party, forget about it. There is absolutely nothing to do in the area. I would suggest that you stay at the Clarion downtown and take the Fly train back to the airport. Best train I’ve ever ridden.

Rommet hadde en vond lukt, som gammelt innrøkt. Bærer preg av å være gammelt. Frokosten var dårlig betjent. Ingen appelsinjuice, ig kafgen gikk fort tom uten påfyll. Mas om koffert i eget rom før frokost, i stedet for å sette opp et enkelt skilt. Rom, bad og seng var forøvrig ok. Kan ikne anbefales.
