Nice hotel in a close location to convention hall.
We enjoyed our stay. The location was great, and the area seemed safe. Breakfast, workout room, and pool were nice. Only negative was that the elevator control panels were confusing and our room carpet could have been vacuumed and the frayed edges repaired. I would definitely stay again!

Nashville getaway
The room was very nice. All the people at the desk were very friendly. We ate at the bar and had the best time with the bartender. The breakfast was one of the nicest we ever had. The shower was amazing. We were use to not so warm showers and this one was nice and hot.

Eh....
New to this brand of Hyatt. The lobby and 1st floor areas were very nice. Stepping off the elevator you can tell the standard went down. Walking into the room confirmed it more. The mattress was lumpy and the springs felt throughout. Worse two nights sleep I have had in a long time. The bathroom was nice. Overall, no frills in the room, plus no housekeeping service. The room quality did not match what you would expect walking into the lobby. I will not stay there again.
