Cold room
Hotel room was very cold. Told the front desk on Saturday as I had decided to checkout early due to the cold room. I was not offered any other room or accommodation to stay. Very disappointed with the hotel accommodation and lack of concern. It was warmer outside and in the hallway than my hotel room. I have previously stayed at this property without any issues. This incident has made me no longer feel comfortable staying at this property in the future.

Great value for the money!
Stayed overnight on a trip back to Indiana. The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. We appreciated how quiet it was. Breakfast was also very good. It's in a nice area with easy access to I-65. Check in and out was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again when passing through!

Security Issues
I was very disappointed in the security at this hotel. My truck was broken into. No one informed me my truck had been broken into around 3am in the morning even through the police responded. My truck was parked directly in front of an entrance door into the hotel. Attached photo shows how close was to an entrance door. My truck was left unsecured from 3:30Am to 7:30AM when I came to get in it. During this time anyone could have entered my truck, it was wide open. When I checked in the staff did not ask for my truck identification, even through a little investigation would lead them to my room number. I felt no one cared it happened and immediately took no responsibility and would not confirm there are cameras on the building to assist the police investigate the break in. They were happy to do nothing to help in the investigation. I will not be returning to this hotel for security reasons.

Recent stay
We travel a lot, and I try not to be critical like some reviews people leave at hotels that are just so rude and awful, so although I didn’t give 5 stars, the hotel was actually fine, but just a few things I will mention…breakfast that just sits on hot plate surface was cold (eggs, waffles), and 1 of the days, the 1st three glass plates we picked up to use were dirty with eggs, syrup, and other food stuck to them, so after the 3rd dirty plate, we did mention to worker handling the breakfast area. Our hotel room was fine, other than the bathroom door had stuff all over it…funny when you are sitting on the toilet and eye level with bottom of door, how much you notice-lol, and I can understand how that’s not something that would probably get cleaned normally, but looked like kids had been in there for sure at the level the grime and stuff started, so might want to start wiping those down, and tv was a very old plasma tv that kept freezing up, so not sure if that was the tv or the service, but TVs need updated either way…really bad picture quality. All workers were very nice, and they gave us a special treat for 2 free desserts for Thanksgiving. So not just downright terrible, but will probably try a different hotel next time that’s just newer.
