Not great. There are better.
The shuttle left many of us waiting an hour, then check in took very long. We were starving from traveling all day so we opted to go right hi the restaurant that was closing in 30 minutes. They were understaffed and trying as best they could although someone we came in the shuttle with ordered 30 minutes after us and revived their food first.

OK but the Restaurant can be slow with service.
Our stay was due to our flight being diverted due to weather. It was the day after a Playoff Football Game and we felt a little taken advantage off price-wise. A Pilot that stayed there often also noticed that lodging was a bit exaggerated. The service in the Restaurant on the 6th Floor was terrible. They were busy and I acknowledged that to the Manager Beatriz there. But our Server (a female) took an extraordinary long time to not only get us our Check but to also take our Payment. That process should never take 30 minutes.

Poor shuttle service
We waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle to pick us up from the airport. We ended up calling 6 times and each time was told it would be there soon. Very frustrating as we had to be back at the airport at 4:00 in the morning. Several other guests had the same issue and not once did anyone apologize to any of us.
