Room was great. Great price. We did switch because we were next to the sprinkler valve room which made a loud noise every ten minutes. They switched us no problem.
The breakfast was not good. They ran out of forks. The waffle machine for some reason did not cook the waffles. I did a second waffle and left it in for five minutes and it was very cooked on the outside but still pretty raw in the middle. They ran out of coffee and when they brewed it again, they walked away and didn’t bother to come back. My spouse had to figure out how to assemble the carafe and put it back in its holder. The staff are very close by but didn’t seem to care to check on the breakfast area even though they were not busy. The very back counters where the corners are were filthy. They don’t seem to clean the very back of the counters - too hard to reach? Eggs were ok and sausages were very dry. We will go earlier next time to get fresh food. We went at 9am.
The pool area was closed which was very disappointing.
