We always stay at this hotel as my kids love the pool and proximity to Clifton Hill. The free parking, free breakfast, free 24 hour coffee, and free wifi, are convenient bonuses. The 2 bedroom family suites are perfect for families with children. Only downside is the lack of TV channel options once the kids are asleep. Not a lot of sports or news channel options.

The hotel staff were amazing, especially front desk and the staff who clean the rooms. Both days she was out there with her cleaning cart asking if I needed anything. I appreciated them so very much. I wish our room would have had a fridge and microwave, but it was very nice.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. If you have kids, this is the place to go cause it is so family friendly. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, don't book here but for us, we just wanted a place to lay our heads and the staff were awesome, breakfast was good and parking was free.
