The service received from the front desk staff and breakfast and dinner server was excellent. Our stay was during the historic Mobile snowstorm. Which resulted in unexpected inconvenience for guests and staff. However, Regina, our breakfast and dinner server was patient, friendly, and efficient. Her attitude was consistently positive. The front desk staff Andria and Diesha always greeted us with a smile, were helpful, courteous, and had remarkable attitudes. Regina, Andria, and Diesha are rare assets in the hospitality world.

Excellent, excellent, excellent.
We loved our stay so much that we stayed an extra night! Close to all of the bars and restaurants, within a couple blocks walking distance. Room had a beautiful view. Skyview Bar is great and Cam the bartender is awesome! Room was VERY clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was fun, friendly and very accommodating of our requests. Can't wait to come back.

They re renovating the downstairs so it was a mess. Just know pictures can be deceiving. The downstairs and 17 floor was gorgeous. The regular rooms need updating as well. The beds were comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. I will probably not stay again. But not a bad place if you looking for somewhere decent to lay your head.

Great except a couple of issues.
Friendly staff, good location and the room was in good shape. The top floor bar/lounge was closed one night and mostly had a sold out party the next. Also the pool was closed. There was no warning about either when booking the hotel.

Nice hotel, close to Dauphin St . Parking was a breeze. The door to our room had a bit of trouble to be open/closed , but I’ve managed. There were some rowdy guests in some rooms on the same floor ( rooms 501 and 504 for sure, possibly others , the night of Nov1 to Nov2), they kept their doors open , kids and adults running around and talking loudly in the hallway after 11:30 PM . I was too tired to call the reception desk, but that’s totally unacceptable behavior in their part. They seem unaware that there were other guests in the hotel . Rude and entitled.
