I had to stay here because I was evacuated due to the fires. This place was not clean and there were ants all over the hotel. My first night there I woke up to them all over the lid to a jar that I left on the table. I moved rooms because of this, and then they were all over the second room as well. But I did not have any other options because a lot of people were evacuated. I would never stay here again, and would not recommend staying here to anyone!

We had an unfortunate stay there. There’s a lot to get into, but I would say there’s so many other nicer places to stay within Palm Springs and Palm Desert. One of the things that really bothered me was they play canned music all day until the night through very terrible speakers.

The hotel is tired and the carpets are stained and dirty. Reception tried to put me in a room (building 5) looking over the parking lot - even though the property was maybe 1/4-1/2 full. I had to request at least a garden or pool view. I also don't love a hotel that has a security guard roaming our hallway 24/7. It doesn't inspire confidence.

Upon arrival greeted by valet, check in was easy and friendly bags were in our room when we arrived to the room. Dinner with family and friends. Johnny Costa‘s Italian restaurant is a must. Also foxy, Restaurant, Palm Desert. Close to Casino and downtown shopping.

A solid hotel
-We were two couples in our early 30s -Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable -Pool area was nice -staff was very friendly -hotel is in a good location close to down town -7 eleven close by as well some restaurants Overall very happy with the value received for the price point, better than expected

Good Stay
Overall a good stay. Checkin went smoothly and staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms are a good size and beds are comfortable. The hotel property is old but not bad. The rooms definitely need renovating, lots of ware and tear, and broken elements. The surfaces in the room were not clean nor disinfected.

Palm Springs Holiday
We booked this hotel for Christmas Eve as traveling for the holidays. Check in was detailed and easy. There is plenty of parking as the property is very large. The room was good at first glance but after exploring it was very dirty. There was hair in the shower. The rooms are carpeted with multiple stains and spills. The bathroom has dirt in the corners. It was extremely noisy with people yelling and partying in the hallway past midnight. I tried to call down the front desk to report the noise but no one answered. The lobby and coffee shop was very nice, the rooms did not match that level.
