Excellent Experience-Will Stay Here Again!
This hotel was extremely accommodating. Front desk staff were at the top of their game. I only stayed one night before returning to the city (had an interview in area) but would recommend the property for longer stays. My room was upgraded. Room service was promptly delivered and staff in their department were very friendly. The room was head to toe clean. Mattress was comfy. Pillows were a bit too hard but it was not a big deal. Kudos to the crew! Will rebook again at the hotel!

Fine but why the charge and the hassle of parking?
The hotel was fine - comfortable, easy check in with the on-line service, friendly front desk staff. Why they charge for parking is hard to understand. And then the parking machine for the tickets clearly does not work, causing lots of stress for everyone. That's really the only thing that makes this place less than "good".

Awesome stay!
My stay was absolutely amazing! I love the old school elegance of the hotel. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that there were no beverages, such as coffee, tea, or water for the guests as they navigate throughout the property as there used to be. Our food was also delivered packaged I. A brown paper bag as opposed to on trays as I have been used to. I guess that is now the new normal, sadly. Overall it was a great stay and the pool and spa tub were available and not teeming with people this morning. Added plus!

Best Place To Stay After A Concert/Game @Barclays
We took our Bonus Daughter to her first concert at the Barclays in Brooklyn, and I called the hotel to tell the receptionist we will arrive very late. We arrived at 2 a.m. I had an easy ✔️ in, greeted with a great smelling lobby, nice staff, and a wonderful room.

Atrium makes this place special.
Enjoyed the atrium. Very peaceful and quiet. Great food at onsite restaurant/bar. Room was spacious and quiet and clean. Was recently renovated. Location was away from traffic and congestion which also made it feel less stressful. We used this as a getaway from kids to relax and recharge. This will be on our list going forward.

When is breakfast included not really???
We included breakfast in our reservation and payment and learned that there was no restaurant open in the hotel for breakfast. The meal was lukewarm at best, and in To-Go packaging. There was no indication that this was the only option on HOTELS.com or the Hyatt.com. This was very disappointing.

Started staying here 12 years ago. First time back since Covid . No coffee station in the morning. No room service menu in the room. Water was shut off all night until morning. Not a problem, things happen. This place use to have a great vibe. It’s completely devoid of any feeling. The best I can say is that it had clean sheets and towels.
