A Beautiful Hotel for a Beautiful Week in Paris
Beautiful and cozy. Spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfast with great selections. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The beautiful garden was a great place to relax with coffee and a book after a busy day of sightseeing. I would highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

The staff were pleasant and when asked provided information regarding the local area and transport options to the airport. The check-in was easy and prompt. We didn't opt for breakfast at the property so I cannot comment on this, but they did have mineral water available on all floors and refillable bottles in the rooms which was a great idea. The room facilities were okay but the bed in the room was not. It didn't fit the headboard on the wall and felt like it had been put together in haste, it was inadequate, uncomfortable and felt damp. The bathroom was dated but clean. A pleasant courtyard is available to sit out in if desired and the reception and lobby areas were comfortable.

Great but pricey
Overall, our stay here was great. It was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to a lot of great food and two different Metro lines so the location was amazing. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, except we did receive an email on the first night asking if we needed any additional support, and when we did respond asking a question, we never got a response. The tub was also very high up so it was difficult to get into the shower and the water continuously fluctuated between hot and cold. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony but we were unable to control whether the thermostat in the room was set to heat or cool so the temperature was uncomfortable at times. The breakfast was alright but did not feel worth the money.

Brilliant and friendly
2nd time staying at Hotel Serotel and is definitely our go to hotel to stay when in Paris ! Staff are absolutely amazing and hospitable. We love seeing Joao, Virgile and Ouissem always extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is based in a great location to trains, city centre, restaurants and gardens plus can do lovely walks to famous places and attractions. It is in an area that is not overly crowded and hectic so you enjoy serenity but still get to explore and enjoy Paris. Without a doubt would always go back to HSL.

Lovely hotel, great location.
We were greeted efficiently and it was a pleasant experience. The hallway and gardens are nicely decorated and modern with a parisian theme. We booked a superior room with a balcony which didnt have a table and chairs outside (seasonal which is fair enough). The room was a little tired in places with crumbly walls and bubbling paint. The bathroom was very compact for a superior room, this didn't impact our stay, however trying to fit in together at once wasn't easy. Complimentary items were nice and the room was always clean after housekeeping. The breakfast was nice with a good selection of high quality foods. Nespresso machine, fresh eggs and pastries. I would stay here again in Paris if we wanted to be in this location within the city.
