Whole the room we stayed in was not bad, the hotel itself is old and not updated at all. Drinks are EXTREMELY expensive both in the hotel and in South Beach in general. You woyld think being in a tourist area you would want to update uour hotel a bit. Location was perfect for the beach access and dining /drinking. Not a terrible hotel, we just wont be back.

Couldn’t be happier! Stayed the night since I had a cruise the next day. They let me check-in early, late check-out, and held my luggage for a little while after check-out while I ate lunch at their restaurant. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
