Dog friendly?
We brought a dog, the hotel is pet friendly. However, I have never stayed at a pet friendly hotel that offered no place for dogs to go potty! The nearest dog park was 6 blocks away. There was no patch of dirt, grass or other for the dog to potty, only the sidewalk. We left after only one night because it was so inconvenient.

There are some issues
When we arrived the room was not correct. We asked for a king bed and was given a double bed. They did fix this right away. I made my husband coffee with the pot and other items provided by the hotel. The creamer was from November of 2024 and curdled in his coffee. Another reason why I booked this hotel was because of the pool. Well is was empty and closed for repair. This was not on the website. If it were in the website I would not have booked a room there Not impressed with this stay!.

Security and good service must always come first.
The experience was pleasant and the staff friendly. The continental breakfast was very good and varied. Clean areas and cozy rooms. The staff was very little. If you called the front desk they never answered the calls and you had to go personally if you needed towels, extra pillows and sheets (which was our case since we occupied a room for 5 people and it was only prepared for 4). There were no towels at the pool and after trying to call on the pool phone, as no one answered, I walked to the front desk to ask for them but they had no one to take them to the pool. We ended up walking back to the room wet. Another thing that I didn't like at all was that while we were on our way to the room there was a guy wandering around the corridors of the rooms. I was very scared because I have little girls and I would not like to imagine if any misfortune happened. They should have more control of who enters and leaves and be more attentive to the safety of the guests.
