The room was excellent, especially the bed which was very comfortable. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because there is no temperature regulator in the shower. If someone flushes the toilet next door you have HOT water all of a sudden. I plumbing should be ungraded to fix this.

Rooms have been refurbished, and have lots of little extras: shampoo dispensers, variety of lighting options (with bedside reading lights), coffee maker along with a kettle, bikes to borrow, instructions for the remotes (yeahh!), a whimsical duck & much more (inclduing an outdoor pool for in the summer)

Amazing value.
This hotel is amazing value. I have stayed at many hotels in Kelowna and this gem offers tremendous value. The rooms are modern, up-to-date, well appointed finishings and accents. The staff are very friendly. Great coffee machine with espresso, filtered water. New big screen TV too. You even get a rubber ducky in the bathtub LOL. Free breakfast at the restaurant next door. The location is central. Close to dt Kelowna and beaches.

Will Stay Again
Room was clean and well appointed. Friendly check-in. Location on the edge of downtown core with more reasonable rates is a plus. Construction on the rear of the property so noise may be an issue. Some noise transfer from the door between adjoining room and from highway. I wear ear plugs so was not an issue. Breakfast was provided gratis at the adjacent Ricky's but just pancakes or French toast and bacon are offered free with all other breakfast items at cost.
