We had a good stay. The staff was friendly upon check in. We were slightly unnerved when after we checked in and went out to dinner nearby and when we returned there were 2 police cars in front of the office. Otherwise everything was fine.

This was a last minute booking. There wasn't a huge selection in Claremont. The property was dated but everything was neat, clean and tidy. It was out of town and in a residential neighborhood. It was a quiet location. It was good for a night and for what I needed but I wouldn't search out to stay there again. The front desk clerk was very nice and the room was clean and in a safe location.

Cleanest place you will ever get for the price. The worker/maybe owner let us in after hours. Usually these little places are dumps. They did a good job going through, updating and keeping it clean. Clean as or if not cleaner than a regular hotel
