I rarely receive the level of service from any hotel and will make this our regular hotel when visiting for work or leisure. Upon checkin we made a review on hotels.com saying that we wished we had patio furniture on the balcony, when we came back from shopping furniture was delivered and set up on our balcony. That felt above and beyond for the hotel to do and so quickly. The staff and food on site were fantastic and would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Beverly Hills/West Hollywood.

We were unpleased that our room was not ready for a couple hours after check-in. We were exhausted. We didn’t make a fuss of it, we understand things do happen. The view and comfort of the room made up for it!

The hotel neglects to tell guests, until after they arrive and cannot cancel, that there are protestors who arrive at around 6 or 7 am every morning beating drums and yelling through bullhorns for an hour or more. It is an awful place to stay as a result. The staff are nice — it isn’t their fault. But it is inexcusable that Hilton doesn’t warn people that their unwillingness to hire union housekeepers creates a horrible place for guests to stay. I am furious and should receive a refund. I was in town for work and was exhausted because of the morning “serenades.” Do not stay here.

Nicely appointed hotel that I have stayed before. Good location and good value for the style of hotel. Unfortunately, a few issues for me and a colleague this time with maintenance. Cold rooms as the heating did not work and needed to be fixed and my colleague has a clogged toilet. There were also union protests one morning at the hotel at 7am waking guests up. Otherwise, it's a comfortable spacious room with good facilities and a nice restaurant. Staff were efficient in fixing problems.
