Good day The first stay the water leaked from the roof onto his bed and nobody avail to change room and second night he stayed another room and they had no water available for washing and had to use bottle water he had to pay for , we request a full refund

It has a homey feeling. A few things did not work such as bedside lamp, Tv and wall plugs but staff did her best to rectify what she could. Bed was super comfy and clean. Facilities need some tlc. Felt safe and nice gardens to sit in shade. I would stay there again as reasonably close to airport. 3km. Close to beach. 5 minutes but not so easy to find way through the condo build up along the water front. Not much around for dining. More residential area.

Our stay at the golden palms was wonderful. It was quiet, the staff was extremely kind and friendly and there were a few restaurants and the beach a short walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to the Bahamas

Staff and service are excellent. The shower pressure is very low, water from the shower itself and the faucet has distinct smell and taste, not suitable for a person with highly sensitive skin like me. Had to rinse with bottled water ($4.98) every after shower.

The door is locked at night. To get in you ring a doorbell that awakens the ENTIRE hotel. They’ve rented out half the rooms to an American energy company who's workers basically live there now. Trust the bad reviews. Stay elsewhere.

I did call them before arrival to arrange a shuttle but i ended up waiting 30 minutes in front of the airport and took a taxi to get there. When i arrived at the hotel there was two shuttle parked in front of the residence.

The place is in the middle of nowhere. You need a car if you want to do anything. It could use a little bit of renovation. You need to pay to get water, even at breakfast. They don't offer any tea for the room. One of the stoves did not work. Breakfast is pretty limited. I think it's what you got to expect for the price. Aside of that, the staff was pretty helpful and nice. It is a family owned place. They helped us order pizza and cut some coconuts for us.

We needed a place to stay for one night with an early morning flight. It was close to the airport and the shuttle to and from was convenient. The staff was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The local beach was an easy walk away and had a beach bar with food service. It was everything we needed.
