Great Location and Service
The staff when I checked in was super helpful and friendly. They were having computer issues but they found a way to get me into my room quickly and with no issues. Then they provided a recommendation for dinner that was exactly what I was looking for.

Ended up staying 2 nights due to bad weather at our next destination. Desk clerk was very helpful in exrtending our stay and supplying a discount code for Biltmore Estates. Room and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing; homemade buttermilk biscuits were the best I’ve tasted in years! Full kitchen wasn’t necessary but real plates and silverware to eat our take out was nice. Japanese restaurant just across the parking lot is also excellent. I would definitely stay here again and will look for other Home2 Suites by Hilton in other cities.

The employee that checked us in was very friendly. He gave us information needed for our stay. The room was clean, the bed, sheets, comforter, and pillows were very comfortable which is my second most priority to a room. Cleanliness being the first! This hotel is close to restaurants, Walgreens, Target, etc. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Need better management oversiight
When we checked in, there was a dirty wash cloth in the shower, food in the refrigerator and dishes in the dish washer. One night, the shampoo fell off the shower wall. They didn't clean the room on regular days as they said. But, management was very apologetic and did comp some items. Just was surprised because we have had great experiences with Home2 previously.
