We arrived at the hotel and they told us they did not have a room for us therefore, we did not get to stay

Don't do it
This place was gross. I walked in the room and turned right back around and went and got a refund. It was so dirty!

Reasonable Stay
We decided to get away for the weekend to Savannah and wanted to stay someplace reasonable and within distance of downtown Savannah, which was located just right. However, there were a few discrepancies, such as the bathroom sink leaking under the plumbing. The bathtub has several rust stains and the bathroom door would not close properly without force. Often when I stay at a facility with issues, I tend to take pictures, but didn't feel like it on this trip.

Meh
The Good - The hotel is close enough to everything in downtown Savannah without being in the traffic. It is easy to find and right off I-95. The price was very reasonable and the front desk staff were very polite when we checked in and out. The Bad - The hotel looks nicer in the photos than it actually is. The carpet throughout is old, stained with bleach and needs to be replaced with LVP, the halls reeked of weed, the bath tubs are old and dinged up, and the housekeeping crew missed trash left behind by the previous guests. Access to the 2nd floor rooms is only through doors on the exterior, we were told there were no elevators.

Staff was great but definitely needs a good facelift
Rosemary, 1-night trip

Wish I would have booked elsewhere
Hallway carpet looked old and not vacuumed. The bathtub was rusty, took a little bit to figure out how to start the shower due to old fixtures. The hallway door going to outside didn’t shut and lock properly which is a safety concern. Breakfast was very basic. The beds were comfortable, probably the only positive along with it being near the airport.

The bed was comfortable the bkft was basically cereal. The hotel needs a lot of updating but for the price was worth the stay

Big disappointment
This hotel has great pctures, but is not what it shows. Our room was not clean - stained tub, hair on the floor, torn bath mat, unclean mirrors - quart jars with plastic spoons for jelly and only bread and what appeared to be dinner rolls, some cereal, and maybe a waffle maker (unsure if it worked). Property appeared to be habited by a number of long-term "residents".

Don’t do it!
There were people hanging out asking for money. It looks like a crime scene. I was terrified.

This hotel is not meant for stay. It is horrible and could not rest

Needs some TLC
We booked the room at the last minute. The receptionist person was friendly and gave us our key right away - no forms to fill out like car info etc... We found our hall and immediately noticed that the hall carpets were worn and seemed dirty. We got into our room and it was bit musty but after running the a/c it cleared up. The bathroom sink had sticky substances on it and we wiped it up with a hand towel that we noticed had a hole in it. We then moved the furniture around a bit to play cards and a leg almost fell off the table. All the furniture was old and worn. The bed was comfortable. We did not eat breakfast the next day.

The staff is very kind. As for the rooms and property, you get what you pay for. The place is dingy and just doesn’t look like the photos
Christopher, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

A little scary
Add they say.."you get what you pay for. " we were only staying one night. Front desk people were very nice however, one look at the filthy hallway carpet and the smell of pot, i started to worry. Bathroom door would not shut as well. Continental breakfast .. don't bother! Tables and folding chairs in an empty banquet room. Won't be back

Check in was easy, we had two rooms both rooms were in pretty rough shape. one room I had killed two small cockroachs. The other room had mold around the tub. Carpets in the hall were disgusting bleach stains and what looked like puke stains. People were obviously smoking in their rooms cuz you could smell it when you came in. We didn't have a whole lot of options as it have been a long day but this hotel needs some serious help.

It was a great place for me, my wife, and new born son. Coffee maker and shower was unfortunately down, but the desk lady got on it right away and fixed both of our issues upfront and took accountability. It dont get better than that.

No TV
Checked in on a Friday around 3pm got to the room and TV didnt work called about it they said someone who come look at it. So we leave come back bout 5 hrs later and still TV doesnt work. Took them about 45mins to come and still didnt fix the problem. Checked out Sunday and still no TV when we left. Phone & some of the lights didn't work in the room.
Rena, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Do not stay.
We were only staying a few hours. The man who checked me in was very rude. The room and property didn’t look like the photos at all. It was dirty and broken doors and cracked walls all over. Then our comforter had blood on it in several spots and there were dead flies on the top of the bed. When we called for new sheets and blankets he brought us a fitted sheet. Then we checked the other bed and it was all covered in brown stains. I contacted hotels.com and the only resolution was to checkout which for us wasn’t an option since it was 2am and our kids had fallen asleep. No one was helpful. We left feeling dirty and annoyed.
