This hotel is kept clean and neat. The staff is helpful in the kitchen area during breakfast. However I am saddened that during this last stay someone kept my bathroom tub mat that I left as I checked out that morning and returned the evening inquiring about item left behind.

Completely surrounded by industry- no restaurants, etc. for ~3/4ths of a mile. 2. Half a mile walk to nearest metro station through some questionable areas.
