Everything was great, except the live music from the restaurant across the hotel was so loud until 1-2am every night we stayed.

We adore this place!

It's our 2nd time coming here. We love that it's so close to the attractions of old town. Great help from reception, to all the other staff. Breakfast and other dining options are available for a surcharge. They are doing their part in reducing plastic use by providing reusable carafe for water which you can refill in the lobby or the basement. Also very close to alternative parking in Hotel-Dieu if you don't want to pay for the hotel valet.

Very good but need to use valey park ($), which is fine but if we would need to take something in the car after that, it is a bit of inconvenience. We got what we needed and the staff was friendly.

Choose this place!

I loved this hotel and everyone we came into contact with who worked there. The gentleman who checked us in was a lot of fun and very informative, and everyone else we spoke to was just lovely. The hotel itself is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. My daughter and I shared a 2 queen room, very nice and quiet. Location is great for walking to restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc.
