A week at the Redcliffe Hotel
We had an amazing week, great sea view room, fabulous breakfast each day, we also ate there of an evening a couple of times and had sunday lunch and each time the food and service was excellent and great value for money. Lots of free parking and easy walking distance to the town centre. The staff were all friendly and approachable nothing was too much, all in all a great week.

The hotel is situated right on the water/beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and the view from the room was amazing. The food, especially the breakfast, was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our two day break.

Saturday stop over
Stopped over on the Saturday night as checking something in the area. Parked up early and went to inform reception that we'd parrked the Car. Told the room was ready and we could check in. Easy check in and room clean and tidy. All staf friendly and welcoming. This is the third time here and would use again. Lovely seaview for breakfast.

Great stay at the Redcliffe Hotel.
We enjoyed an excellent short break at the Redcliffe Hotel. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us and our two dogs and the room was perfect for our needs (although the sea view room was not available as it wasn't one of their pet friendly rooms but they found us a great alternative). Lovely pool area too which the kids loved and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Lovely positioned hotel right on the beach we had a sea view from our room which was really wonderful. The leisure facilities were great too we used the indoor swimming pool and sauna. The food we had in the bar was really good and breakfast was excellent. Definitely recommend staying here we will visit again for sure.

Not for the cold blooded
If you are planning on going on a cold weather day bring extra heating with you the rooms are freezing due to its age we got moved 3 times untill we got a room without teeth chattering. Staff couldnt do enough to be fair we also encountered an ongoing battle between a couple on our landing which escalated into someone trying to kick a door off. So by this time we are cold and no sleep birthday weekend was ruined really

Would Stay Again
Stayed here for one night and the room was exactly what was required. Single bed was relatively comfortable and all the required amenities were either already in the room or available upon request. Really enjoyed the pool and sauna/steam room facilities, especially considering the value of the room. The hotel is in a very convenient location just a short walk away from the high street and train station.

Fabulous!!!
We had a really good stay. Very clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful, food good and the facilities (even though we didn't get time to use them) were great. Parking was a bonus. The location and the view from dining room and event room were fabulous. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Disappointed
We did not like the small censor lift as found very daunting as find it hard to see how six people could fit in it and not miss touching the censor that immediately stopped the lift mid floor. We had to push the emergency alarm to get help as very scary. Also disappointed we were put on the third floor when explained I was disabled as IF there had been a fire emergency there would have been no way I could have escaped down the external Fire escape stairway. This led to my anxiety preventing me from getting to sleep. We also had to escape to our room with our bar meal precariously on a tray because of the excessive noise in the bar area created by what looked like a 1920’s evening. It was so noisy I started to feel faint. The TV in the room did not work saying there was no aerial connection and the toilet did not flush properly. Staff were very friendly though and helpful, but sadly we have decided we better not stay again as we had hoped to.
