Check in service was fast , check agent was friendly and informative.....casino area was clean and updated.....however the select tower room I stayed in was out dated, old stained tub and toilet....shower curtain old and stained, mold around the faucet knob in the shower, slow draining in tub and sink , which held us up from getting our showers done in a timely manner....sheets look like they were pulled instead of being completely changed ( I worked in a hotel by the way ) and the towels were a little rough

Our suite was spacious and comfortable. I got conflicting information from the front desk, restaurant and True Rewards kiosk. Avoid the café’s Eggs Benedict. The Top of the World restaurant was wonderful.

Hotel nightmare
Hotel staff are not courteous and extremely dismissive. The hotel tried to charge me additional resort fees! I made my reservation 90 days before my trip and they attempted to increase the resort fees talking about a new policy! Horrible experience

Highly recommend the Strat
Great stay and everything we needed. Uber is easy and quick to access, great gym, comfy bed, and we liked the food at the sports bar. We took advantage of Atomic Golf as well as local restaurants and coffee shops near the Strat.
