This was a cute small hotel with personality. It has a history of being haunted and there are tours that start in the courtyard. Hotel was clean, nice size rooms. Some are indoors and others in the courtyard. Nice seating in courtyard. Excellent lication walking distance to everything. Highly recommend hotel.

Loose grit on the bed. Television didn’t work . I had requested a ground floor room ahead of time and I as a 70 year old arthritic was given a room where I had to climb stairs while much younger people had ground floor accommodations. I have been choosing to stay here on my New Orleans trips for forty years. What has happened? Even the usually upbeat employees seemed disgusted to be there.

Had a wonderful time at Andrew Jackson Hotel. The staff was very helpful about where to go and not go. The hotels location was perfect close to coffee shop, great little diner and a really cool bar, that's the oldest in the USA. A block from Bourbon St.

Very nice small hotel right on Royal St. staff is fantastic, especially Abby at the front desk. My only issue is don’t stay in room 101 it’s a 2 queen and is the only room ground level on Royal street and connected to the lobby. It is loud from 10am with street performers until forever and you can hear everyone come in the building and conversations of people walking past. It’s a famous building so tours stop outside your room all the time and you can hear everything.

I wanted my husband to have a real New Orleans experience, and they did not disappoint. I did have to work on an end table because there are no desks, so I could have stood a little more facility, but we did get one of the smaller rooms! the staff was friendly, there was free coffee, and it was conveniently located to everything we needed!

We love New Orleans and getting to stay in a hotel central to many places and walkable to even more, plus it had a courtyard, was all we needed. This hotel was traditionally furnished for the French Quarter of New Orleans with iron railings and a hidden courtyard. Situated just off Bourbon Street it was quiet and relaxing. There are many little cafes and restaurants offering amazing food but a little pricey as expected in this location. The room we had was furnished with bespoke furniture and chandeliers.
