The inside of the room was clean and comfortable. The outside of the hotel was a bit aged and the area is somewhat sketchy. Lots of drug users living in the hotel.

Nightmare room
Very nice desk staff. My room was filthy and had roaches. I wiped some water I spilled off the floor. The paper towel I used was black from grime. There was a wad of long black hair on the bathroom floor and several dark hair strands on the rotted out fold down shower seat. The bathroom sink had behind the nasty fixtures had not been cleaned. I had to ask twice for deep clean and I’m not sure it was ever done. The baseboard near the bed had pulled away from the floor where I saw a roach crawl under the bed. There was a small hole at the bottom corner of the door to the room. Everything was very worn

This is a Hotel whis many dogs and extra rooms for they, sometimes noise, breakfast I miss fruits,but it is a nice place to stay and visit sumpter Swap meet and Webster fleamarket,and there many Restaurant walking near.

11/2024 - stayed one night. It smelt like mildew and the curved shower bar was not installed correctly, so one side of the shower curtain slid to the middle of the rod. The current would not stay closed. Definitely needs some updates.

The night employee that checked me in was pleasant, other than that it was terrible. The air conditioning stopped somewhere in my 5.5 hour stay and I woke up a couple of times. I finally woke up at 4 am and it wouldn’t reset and work so the room was super hot. I asked to cancel my next night and for some kind of a refund. Was told to take it up with corporate. So here I am! LOL

Handicapped shower flooded out of the bathroom and into the next room Staff never offered to help clean up. They brought two small towels. Just horrible. Dining breakfast was dirty utensils dirty coffee pots and no paper plates
