Nice hotel
Check in was quick and easy. Winter weather moved in fast. Power went out...transformer blew. Power company was very quick to respond and power was back on in under an hour thankfully because it was about 25⁰ that night. Breakfast was ok

Attitude and Deposit on card
Room was clean. Property was nice. The lady at the counter was rather hateful. Had to put $50 deposit on a card which is ridiculous. You should beable to pay cash. They should get off there lazy butts and go check the room instead of tieing up money on a card for 3 to 10 days. Plus charged a extra $2.50 for some type of new tax. If the room wasn't already booked i would have went somewhere else.

Gave service a 3 stars 50%. Agent during check in was friendly and helpful. However, the agent during check out did not smile or greet, not friendly. The breakfast attendant was friendlier. I probably did most of the talking. Other than that, everything was great. From cleanliness to breakfast.

Room Access Issues
When I checked in one of the 2 rooms I booked the door would not open. The attendant programmed the key and it still didn't work. She gave me another room and the same thing happened. Finally after being switched 4 times, the attendants' son opened a room with a master key and gave me a key that finally worked. This was a family trip and with our 3 rooms in total, we were located on different ends/halls of the building. Although the attendant was courteous, the timeliness of getting settled in our rooms was unacceptable. We booked several months in advance and did we did not expect it to take well in to 1 hour to get in our rooms. After some of us driving 12 1/2 hours to be with family, this experience shoukd have been much better.
