Not the best hotel
We’ve had a fantastic stay in Miami and this hotel has a great location, however, the hotel is basic!!! Not one I would recommend. Incorrect amounts of money were deducted from our credit card and the reception staff or manager were unable to explain why or resolve the issues. I’d be very wary of the amounts taken at check in as they don’t reflect what should have been paid. Not a comfortable hotel, unhelpful, unfriendly staff. Shame as had high expectations.

Miami Beach Vacay
The room we were booked into had the smallest bathroom of any hotel I have ever been in. Other than that it was a very nice hotel. There is only valet parking onsite for 45 dollars, but there is a multi-story parking structure just behind the hotel for 20 dollars a day, a much better deal. It had a very nice restaurant, but the service for breakfast was very slow.

Great stay in the heart of South Beach
Third time staying at this hotel. Always my go to now when I am visiting Miami. Welcoming stay with fast and easy check in. Extra clean rooms and very comfortable bedding. Spacious enough that I do not feel cramped. Many restaurants outside the building as well as one in house. Steps away from the beach and so much more.

My fiancé and I visit Miami often, and we stay here every single time - it’s literally become our go to spot. When we land in miami and call an uber, the entire ride we are thinking about how we can’t wait to get to the hotel and have a drink &meal at the restaurant. I’m obsessed with this alligator bites 😍😍 For this specific trip , we noticed that the hotel smelled SOOOOO GOOD. We literally started asking people what the hotel used, because we would want to use that fragrance in our home lol.
