There was a very slight issue with the room I had the first night of my five nights stay. I casually mentioned the issue to the front desk, about two hours later, Brenda, the sales manager gave me a call and asked if it would be OK if they switched my room? Needless to say, they went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasurable as possible. Cannot say enough about this hotel, and I even got to meet.Raj the owner. Very nice individual that was very pleased that I was a long-term customer. We stay at this hotel, at least once a year for the same length of time. Highly recommend this freshly remodeled facility.

Rough stay. Nice looking room but the cleanliness was awful. 2 of the 3 beds had black pet hair all over. I do not know how they missed it. It was even on the nightstands. We asked them to change the sheets and we left. A few hours later we came back and they had changed the sheets. BUT still dog hair UNDER the top blankets. So they dd not change all the bedding. Seriously crazy how they just dont care. AVOID

Great location & comfortable
I was very surprised at how big the room was and how comfortable the beds were. It had a refrigerator microwave and coffee maker. Plus cable tv and continental breakfast. The staff were extremely nice and professional. Will definitely stay again. The only thing I noticed was the bathroom shower ceiling was dirty. Other that it was great

Room was clean and except old lampshades that were falling apart everything else seems in great condition. The lobby was clean and offered a good selection for continental breakfast. Very glad to have found a room to hold 6 people with plenty of room and beds.

When we arrived there was nobody at the front desk and no bell to ring. We had to call the hotel from our phone. Room was nice, quite comfortable, quiet. Outside the stairs were dirty with cigaret butts on the ground. It was very convenient to have a restaurant next door.
